We are happy to report that customers can now access all knowledgebase articles and announcements through the My NodeSpace Customer Portal again. Our software teams have resolved the issues that prevented these features from working properly. Customers can still use either the Customer Portal or the Support Portal to access the information they need. Customers may find it easier to do everything through the My NodeSpace Customer Portal as this has been designed to be a single pane of glass to manage all hosting functions.
